Charette Service d'Auto is a team of full-time 25 professionals and a few part-time employees. Each new hire is trained by an experienced staff member for at least seven days to learn the job basics. This includes customer relations, roadside assistance, towing and vehicle recovery. Our operators are supervised by two senior personnel to guarantee quality, and a dispatcher is present at all times to ensure proper management of resources.
Our company has developed a skills profile for tow truck operators to help our employees improve in their work. We also provide additional periodic training sessions to maintain a high degree of professionalism.
Our tow truck operators are backed by a team of mechanics responsible for the maintenance of our vehicle fleet, and our administrative and management teams keep our company running smoothly.

Our employees must respect the company's policy regarding alcohol and drug use. As such, we conduct regular checks on our employees' driving records with the Société d'assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ) and verify that none of them have a criminal record.
