Remorquage Charrette can count on steady and qualified staff of 45 regular employees, to which are added a few part-time employees. Every new staff member is trained by an experienced employee over a minimum period of 7 days in order to teach him rudiments of the trade: customer approach, towing and vehicle retrieval. The operators are supervised by two experienced supervisors who ensure the quality of the work done and a dispatcher is continuously there to see to that the resources are well managed.

The company has developed a benchmark of competences in the trade of tow operators, in order to help its employees to improve themselves. Punctual formations are also organized in order to maintain a high level of professionalism.

Other than the tow operators, mechanics ensure a continuous maintenance of the vehicles of the fleet. The administrative and management personnel are there to ensure that the whole company is well supported.

Charette adopted a style of family management and was able to develop a strong spirit of collaboration and effectiveness. It is one of the few companies of the trade to offer social benefits to its employees.

The employees are expected to respect de values of the company and its policy regarding alcohol and drug use. The company also makes regular verification of its employees' driving files with the Société de l'Assurance Automobile du Québec and ensures that none of them has a criminal record.
